• Can I bring a +1?

  As long as we still have room! Please send us a message to ask us directly.

  
  

• Can I bring children?

  We want the wedding to primarily be for adults. There will be some exceptions for children in our closest family, who may join the dinner but not the party afterwards.

  
  

• What is the dresscode?

  You might see a lot of Norwegians in bunad, but English people are exempt from this! We would love for you to be colourful, but the most important thing is that you feel nice and comfortable. Keep in mind that it will likely be very hot ☀️

  
  

• Should I bring my own drink? Is there a bar?

  As the wedding will take place at a hotell with a liquor license, you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the party. We will supply alcohol and other drink for the dinner. During the afterparty the bar at the hotell will be open. Remember that drinking your own alcohol in rooms and huts is possible 🍷

  
  

• Where is the hotell? Should I book my rom myself?

  The hotell is at Høvringen, a little mountain town near Rondane national park. The hotell is reserved for our guests for the whole weekend, but you have to book your own rom or cabin. See the 'Location' tab for more information about Rondane Haukliseter and booking.

  
  

• Can I take pictures at the wedding ceremony?

  We have hired a professional photographer for the ceremoni and would therefore like a mobile-free ceremony. For the rest of the day, we welcome you to take pictures and share them with us 📸

  
  

• What else can we do nearby?

  We recommend hiking, rafting or via ferrata for those who want to explore other activities during the weekend. See the tab 'Fun stuff' for more ideas!
